Looking for a tactic as ive just been promoted with cardiff, i want it to dominate possesion like swansea ;) and hopefully beat teams, lost my first 2 :. is there a good tactic about?

Right currently just got promoted with Cardiff, first 2 games in the premier league, ive lost to everton and fulham, i dont seem to dominate games anymore, Any tactic or advice for me! :S

Heres my Cardiff team and tactics! supposed to control posession but every game i get outplayed and lose, what am i doing wrong :(

Anyone got advice on what to use, i seem to get battered in posession and defenders back off! not enough attacking, any help please;D:wub:
