Has anyone managed to get any significant development out of either this guy or Selnaes? I had Selnaes for 4 seasons and I'm not sure a single one of his stats went up.

Hi guys, I picked Phil Cannon as my Head of Youth Development, he's got great stats and I had seen several people recommend him on here, but in the three years that I have had him, we have only brought two players above 0.5 star potential through the academy, which isn't really satisfactory...

Mbaye Niang isn't quite as good on here as he was on the last game as far as I'm aware, but I believe he's got some pretty good potential. Ishak Belfodil is also a great striker with training.

I got him at the end of the 2013/14 season, still only paid £5m! From my original screenshot, he has turned into this in just a year: He is EASILY worth the money!

Jadson from Botafogo, and Federico Viviani from Roma are both class.

Dan, any more updates on this guy? Nurnburg are selling for £18m(ish) and he looks quality. I'm playing as Crystal Palace so I'll need him to adapt to the Prem, I'll be starting the 2015/2016 season soon.

Kevin Pezzoni is a good DM on a free, 23 year old German.

This is at the start of season 3, his last two seasons he has average ratings of 6.54 and 6.22 which isn't promising but his stats are very decent.
