This year I've recorded a treble with Manchester United!! The 2015/2016 was done with 32 wins, 6 draws and 0 losses. Average age of the squad was 21 years old as I bought heaps of young talents (really kept the cost down as well, wages are so low that way.) My favourite player is a 20 year old...

Mourinho keeps extending his contract at Real but I want his job - is it possible to apply for his job since my cv is better then his now.

He is at Manchester United, Fergie bought him before I took over ;-) potentional to play at same level as Wayne Rooney but I think it'll be slightly less.

This is my best. 18 years and is third in most assists of the Premier League. Just as good as Rooney so far this year.

It's kinda funny, some players of me are unhappy about the lack of discipline in the team - some of them even have been catching a lot of yellow cards themselves ;p But apart from "stay on feet" how do I prevent so many yellow cards? I'm with Man Utd btw - I would expect they know how to tackle.
