Apologies if this subject has been covered. Is there a fault in the game with regards to players going out on loan with a future fee agreed? They NEVER go through and the player ends up returning to the club!

Does anybody have any ideas for the best configeration of the 3 Att Mids behind 1 striker? I've been going in with Adv Playmaker in the middle with Att Mids either side. The Adv Playmaker is normally outstanding but the 2 either side are pretty average. Anyone?
