I have Horn as my starting GK but I'm looking for backup GK. At the moment I have Johnstone and Nicholls in my squad but I'm not convinced they can deliver if Horn get injured. I know there are many good GK with in my budget but I need GK who is fine with backup role. Salary is more important...

the question: Should older player who is tutoring play more or be in higher role than young guy? I'm planning to get veteran player as tutor role but not exactly use him much on field.
If my player (ie Vallejo) is loaned for 3 years a row to another english team. Will he be home grown as england after this or should he be playing in my team?
I play with Everton and I'm about to finish season 1. I didn't qualify for UCL so Baines want to be sold.
Can anyone recommend good player to replace Baines? My budget is about 20-25 mil pounds (I finished 5th).
