That's a very budget processor that provides well... acceptable performance if your doing basic browsing and general laptop usage... But running FM will be below average... But running 1 -5 leagues should be okay-ish... medium/large database. RAM is good, graphics integrated.. average but...

4GB of RAM is more than enough... Running FM doesn't even go above 2GB of ram. More important than RAM is your Processor... That determines how fast your laptop goes, whereas a RAM is an indicator of how much applications it could run. And a decent enough graphics card should be good, atleast...
