What do you analyse before making a tactic? When you've created it and it's not quite working, what statistics/analysis do you look at to tweak it? How do you decide your team talk, what tone to use etc? What do you look at/do regarding the opposition when preparing for a match? Any answers...

Got first team players constantly being picked for U21 matches and I don't know how to remove them from contention. Menu only gives me the option to select how many minutes they'll play but not remove them.

Seems to be weird on this game and for me works or doesn't work from one save to the other. On one save I can hit CTRL+A to select all players, then right click and the option to rest every player then is available. On another no such option is available. Anyone any idea why?

Just wondering how some of you deal with this? What team talks do you give before the match? What do you say in your pre match press conferences to focus the players?

Where did they move it too, used to be available pre match and told you things such who in the team was over confident, complacent, nervous etc. It was key to choosing your team talk. Now how the **** am I supposed to know if my players are complacent before I send them out to lose?

It's always like 5 wins, then 5 losses/draws 8 wins, 8 losses/draws Never anything in between. After winning 8 games in a row with Cardiff the losing streak has begun, how the **** do you stop it? I've tried different things but nothing seems to work, seems to be the same pattern every save...

Just cannot get into the game at all. Seem to pick up injuries every match, quite often 3 injures per game. Dominate matches and can have quite a few clear cut chances then lose 1-0 to some speculative long range shot too many times.

I want to make small adjustments to my tactic based on scout reports and was wondering what stats are good for this for a scout? My guess is tactical knowledge but just want a bit of confirmation.

Have an occasional problem where I take a lead against teams that are relatively good if not better than mine, then my team seem to lose focus. This could be after half time where I can't adjust this by team talks etc and was more looking for a back up tactic that I can use in such occasions...

Is it just my game or has anyone else noticed the high amount of penalties that get missed in this game?

We've been playing FM Online for the last couple of years and never had this problem. We've done the right thing by not ticking move matches for TV. In every other edition that allowed us to play our matches at the same time. But we have to watch every match because it won't let them be...

Playing an online game and when hovered over it says best left disabled so everybody can play their match at the same time. Leave it unticked and for some reason it makes us play seperate depending on time and day. Anyone else having this issue? ---------- Post added at 01:31 AM ----------...

Condition is always around about 70% at half time, and players constantly getting injured. Pointless.
