What do you analyse before making a tactic?
When you've created it and it's not quite working, what statistics/analysis do you look at to tweak it?
How do you decide your team talk, what tone to use etc?
What do you look at/do regarding the opposition when preparing for a match?

Got first team players constantly being picked for U21 matches and I don't know how to remove them from contention. Menu only gives me the option to select how many minutes they'll play but not remove them.
Seems to be weird on this game and for me works or doesn't work from one save to the other.
On one save I can hit CTRL+A to select all players, then right click and the option to rest every player then is available.
On another no such option is available.
Anyone any idea why?
The problem with goal & glory is my team never seem to have a chance...only ever on super heavy do the team play well.
Most times i've played with goal & glory I have it set to key highlights and there are none for my team. Hardly ever attack.
I'll keep going with it for a full season and see how things go, being the best team in the league do you think I should be starting with the super heavy tactic more?
I'll keep you posted on how it goes, seems to be more problems with scoring when using the 2 tactics which play with a CM...
Started a save with Ajax and just don't seem to be getting the results. Be very lucky in a match if my team ever get a clear cut chance. Too many draws.
Just wondering how some of you deal with this? What team talks do you give before the match? What do you say in your pre match press conferences to focus the players?
That's not really what i'm talking about though. That doesn't tell you what players are becoming complacent and thinking the good run alone is enough to win etc.

Where did they move it too, used to be available pre match and told you things such who in the team was over confident, complacent, nervous etc. It was key to choosing your team talk. Now how the **** am I supposed to know if my players are complacent before I send them out to lose?
Where is the assistants analysis? I'm using a website which is saying
There is no such place and this guide is for FM 2013 and not a previous edition. Why did those idiots at SI move it when it was perfectly fine where it was?
Anyone any idea how to stop these losing streaks? On my Liverpool save I went unbeaten for quite some time. At one point keeping 8 clean sheets in a row. Now lost 4 of my last 6 Prem games 1-0. Anyone got any tips how to prevent these runs?

Game can be so pathetic at times, seems once you go into these losing runs you can't get out of them. Just seems completely unrealistic to just go 8 wins in a row then completely incapable of a win. 1 draw, 5 losses in last 6 now with some of them losses coming...
After a win streak usually team talks such as "I expect a win". Although to tell the truth I don't know how to find when players are complacent. Used to be able to find it from assistant analysis before match previously before they changed that in FM
