It still really annoys me that you can't sign staff to start when your current staff member retires. Instead, you have to wait until they actually retire and then have no staff member for the time it takes for you to sign someone else. Grr..

To be honest, I never really thought of that. I've never advertised for any staff member, I usually just raid the staff search. I kind of did find them by sorting my the attributes I was interested in, then viewing the contract details of the staff members and going for the highest U19/U21 etc...

Hey guys Is there a way to specify U19 coaches in the staff search menu? It doesn't appear in the staff roles and searching for just coaches is very hit and miss as to finding someone who is actually willing to sign a contract as an U19 coach.

First season signings were a couple of youngsters, Balanta and Lewandowski in Jan, not much really. Second season there was a bit more movement. Marcelo went to Spurs for ?20m and Khedira to PSG for ?15m, bringing in Sandro from Spurs for ?33m and Alex Sandro in for ?14.5m to replace them...
