I think it's difficult to play shorter passing if you don't want to retatin possesion. So I would recommend that you set it to direct passing and high tempo, high pressing.

Just out of the top of my head, but doesn't your two wingers and your attacker run into the same space? Considering that you have to IF and a DLF it seems like they would do that, but I'm not sure if that is the problem
