Yeah, England Regional First Divisions. I made my own database down to England level 9, there are others available to download. The reputation is so low i'm yet to have a player offered to me! :P

I've just been promoted to level 8 with Scarborough so am yet to experience this.

Bare in mind that a PLC club will need to pay dividends at the end of the season which comes out of your overall budget and is based on (I believe) the clubs turnover for that season.

I have to agree with this even though i'm a strict lower league manager... I can't manage a team thats already 'made it', it's just not my style but your point is valid... Bilbao might be a good game to be honest but startin unemployed is usually how I roll.
