Is there any way to change the name of 'Player of the Match' award back to 'Man of the Match'? It's just a little thing that bugs me about this game, political correctness gone mad!

My coaches do not have their full star ratings on my new game. Rene Meulensteen is 2 and half stars for shooting when he is normally 4 and a half (I think). My other coaches' ratings are a lot lower than normal as well. Does anybody know why?

I've downloaded a few skins from this very website but i'm having a problem using them. I've extracted them to the correct folder but when i go to preferences in-game, they are not on the dropdown for me to select. If anybody could help me solve the problem, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
