I go to offer players contracts and they can only be put on amutar contracts not part time or anything how can i change this

Help!! Ive have FM 2012 before and played it loads, once i had the uninstall it for certain reasons and ive installed it again and its come up with this on steam! What do I do? look at image :S

so ive got the fm 12 editor and ive been wanting to create my own league, with all the best teams in the world in, i dont want to download someone elses database, so is there a tutorial somewhere on how to create and play your own custom league in football manager 2012?

I Manage Bury Town, In the Ithsmain Divison and I was in the FA Trophey against Southport 1 or 2 higher leauge than me it was the 1st round, and from being 4-0 down i came with 4-4 to go to the replay and beat them in that 2-1

Thanks to the uncle rons database i manage a teamm in a really low leauge now, and tbh i will play football maager with this team every day till i get them to the prem and win lots of stuff :D atm played 1 leauge game and won it 1-0 at home. Might do updates every now and then see how im doing!
