Anyone got any tips for lower league bargains? I'm Ebbsfleet, in League Two. I have 20k to spend if necessary but, ideally, would like free acquisitions. Damien Mozika was instrumental as I got out of the BSP in my first season.

I play quite a "negative" 4-1-4-1 formation. I keep it tight at the back and try and hit the oppo on the break.

I signed Rene Howe for Ebbsfleet United. Absolute dog ****. Couldn't hit a bears **** with a cricket bat. He scored 2 in 28 starts. I only persisted with him because I had nobody else. Imagine my delight when Bradford came in for him for £40k. He's scored 3 in 3 for them!

I am actually almost creaming myself at this story. This, along with the fella who did a Brentford one a few months back, is one of the best FM Stories I have read.
