Hi, Is there any change in the tactic when playing away games?

I was just wondering if anyone here knows about the amount of transfer budget of Atletico Madrid 2nd season. I know that at the 1st season the budget is low, and wanted to know if its possible to make some good signings in the 2nd.

Currently 1st with man utd and all players are playing well except Mata. Tried him in many roles as aml/amc, nothing seems to be good for him. How can I get the best out of him?
