Hi guys currently in with my boro save where I need to sign players from the lower leagues to develop as part of my agreed philosophy. Any decent ones that anyone can recommend for me please?

ive just started a save with Middlesbrough have any of you had much luck in developing any of their younsters? ie; harry chapman, arnel jackupovic, dael fry and help appreciated

Im really struggling on this years game to score goals from set pieces especially corners, does anyone have any recommendations on how to set up for corners/free kicks or can you import some like you can with tactics?
