Iv'e made a databas where celtic and rangers are in the epl, but when i start anew game there are no reserve opt under 19 squads all the players are just in the senior squad, do i have to just wait to be invited?

i found that you can by fairly good players from mexico who are willing to come to hearts for a reasonable price, heres my team.:D
