Hi Iam just starting out in FM 2014 and would like to add tactics file but iam having some issues could someone please explain what type of program is needed to open files

Hi iam after a sound pack for fm 2013 as i remember having one in 2011 Could someone let me know if there is one. Also someone told me that there is a commentary pack out if so could someone confirm this and maybe let me know where i can get this from please. any help would be appriciated
