Probably FM2009 I got to 2017/18 with Leeds. Longest Management game was Championship Manager 2007 with Bristol City.

Do you use different tactics for home and away games?

It's frustrating at best. I mean my teams in a transitional period as I've brought in a few young players but tactics is the big problem. I've tried all the recommended ones off of here and none are consistant.

I'm not sure if that Tier 10 database is bugged right, but I got Enfield 1893 from their starting league to the next divison and then I started gettin £300k of non-Footballing costs coming out every month so I quit it.
