4-3-3 tactic
Had downloaded a 4-3-3 tactic from here during the beta. Not sure it has the right tweaks or how old it is, hopefully this will help those who are stranded until someone else rescues the day. I think it's the Chinese 4-3-3.
If the tactics are fine then try and improve the range of his playmaking tools. Pogba is a prime example of a roaming playmaker (devastating goal threat & chance creator just outside the opposition box) and has all the tools but he could stall if his training doesn't improve him — tending to...
Interesting. I must concede that Dybala has been spectacular in several saves and is a must-get in any FM career. Wouldn't be surprised if he is someone's number one choice. Sounds like he is a revelation in your Spurs save.
Okay. Where would you place him among the top 10 CB's in Europe? I would think that he is outside of the top 5 and behind Hummels, Chiellini and Silva. Interesting opinion; I feel as if he has just gradually lost some form for years now and last season's Champions League campaign showed that...
My list is a revelation of players I feel are overpowered. I expect Icardi to be an elite but not world class forward in-game. Key word: in-game. However, in many saves, he consistently outscores and outplays most world-class strikers in-game (including Ronaldo and Messi!!!), which I find...
Typically, FM17 ratings for players were pretty much spot-on and allowed the algorithm to simulate real life-like outcomes for most leagues, usually. But with every winter update even they rethink some players, e.g. Eric Bailly started off as a modest 145/159 (CA/PA) virtual unknown in the...
Haha, I see your point. But, oh my, that is some season! Kuki turns out to be decent in most saves and is easily available early with a 1.7 million release clause. I personally find it slightly disappointing that Messi and Ronaldo rack up only 20 goals a season when simulated by AI, yet they get...
Dost is such a wildcard. He could be rated anywhere from elite-ish to decent to mediocre. 31 in 34 in Liga NOS is impressive (ridiculous, really) but it seems more like a step down for the former Bundesliga man rather than a rebirth. Still, that's ludicrous finishing. Belotti is interesting...
Hmm. Interesting that you have Ibra ahead of Aguero and Kane. Waiting anxiously to see how good he will be at 36, behind an up-coming world beater & post-injury. He's not human so will probably be just fine. Very good list, glad to see Aubameyang — who I feel the developers criminally underrate...
Not just my view. Look at this reddit thread where different managers discuss the most overrated FM players — spoiler: Icardi is rampant. And many claim he is the best in-game...
Juan Mata is, in some saves, the best player in game. 25 goals/20 assists in 35 PL games in some saves. Wins Ballon d'Or occasionally. Costs around £40mil with add-ons. Ages well and shockingly grows in some technical attributes.
As the launch of FM18 beckons in a couple of months, this list is my opinion on the best underrated players I have encountered in FM17 per position. The criteria they must meet is that they have to be either underrated, overpowered or extremely cheap. This way, most mid-level to first-rate clubs...
