While there are factors that improve your chances of getting a good intake (youth recruitment, coaching, etc) the result itself is rather random unfortunately. You only improve your chance of getting better players with the upgrades. Just got to be patient I'm afraid!

I did a few seasons with Stuttgart. Finished 3rd, 1st and 1st before I stopped. They have a good youth setup and the board will spend more to upgrade it all the way. I enjoyed it. Most teams play different tactics than you see in the Prem League which was refreshing.
