is there any easier ways to release all players from there clubs? other than clicking on each club and releasing them?

hi I am trying to edit Players for a new teams of my own struggling a bit with a few things ie: current and potential ability what is it out of ? some of them have -6 for example, what would be the best does it go down to -10 and if anyone knows how to change the badge/logo

this may sound like a stupid question but how do i edit data? cant find my data edit anywhere i have the steam version does that make a difference? tried looking in football manger 2011 folder for editor data nothing there but config file

i'm having problems defending can't seem to get it right every season i seem to let in 30-40 goals have tried several tactics and setting can't get it right. The only time i get a team to defend well they don't score any help would be greatly received
