Played the game since christmas, no major problems, haven't taken it out of the disk drive since i bought it yet i booted it up this morning and it was unable to find the disk? Any Idead :(

Today i loaded up the game, did nothing out of the ordinary but ive noticed i cant see regens faces? i looked in the option for show staff and player pictures and it can only be put to no pictures or show real pictures only as real and generated is greyed out. How do i get them back :(
