Van De Vaart is a very good rotational player for R. Madrid. I didn't notice he was available when I took over at Real but he's young and has very good stats.

Also, if you are at the negotiation stage where you want to pay say 1 or 2 million less, putting your offer at 'non-negotiable' can make them accept. Most of the time with FM 09 they'll just come back at you with there offer rather than accepting yours.
