You cant, they do not have the licence for them, same as the German national Team

1) you have to make a bid to the parent club again and make the bid for loan for however long you want 2) if you paid a fee to loan him, you cannot cancel and it will give you no option to, if no fee then you can just "terminate loan" which is in the transfer tab on the players profile

Never had this issue myself, always managed to score reguarly for me from about 4 games into the season, except after returning from injury. That was with southampton in league 1
