I am a loyal boro fan and have tried managing them on fm 13 several times, but i can't seem to last a season without getting sacked! I don't know why but nothing I do seems to help! any ideas?

im like 5 season into fm 10 and i need someone who scores loads of goals cos i cant seem to get higher the bottom half o the league, i bought kadlec thinking people meant he was good on fm 10 but he's only scored 1 goal in like 6 games, any player who score loads of goals?
