My season ticked over, and suddenly all the salaries on my team increased by 50%, has this happened to anyone else?

A year's worth on payments is removed from your transfer budget. It makes sense because that is your transfer budget for this year.

Anyone else having issues with scouting? I have scouts that are "preparing" to scout countries for an entire season. Some players I've ask for a scout report on never seem to get scouted. I'm playing Man U, so I have no limits on my scouting.
