I hold board meetings and they say we seem to struggle with 4 5 1 formations I play a 4 4 2 and do very well with it but what should I do to stop us struggling against team that play 4 5 1?

Having abit of trouble, I have saved 2 tatics and I can see them on my football manager but when I try to use them it says ' This file could not be imported '. Could anyone help me? Btw. I have downloaded WinRar.
