yet found world class reputations with lower stats?? what matters more?

I am in my second season with Man Utd and as I do on all FM games i always look to build a young team by finding all the best regens and young talent. I have just read the stickys on CA/PA my question is more on coaches reports and using them.

does anyone know when i player will get a biography in the game? i know all the real players at the start have them but i have a good young player cappedat international level playing regular and winning trophies that still has no biography. does any one know if there is a set age? or some other...
Can anyone help, I have all my training set and am buying players aged 16-18 as a future for my team, what is the best way to progress the players? what age you start putting them in the team/bench? how do you achieve maximium potiential from your good young players?
