In a low league we can take advantage with a bigger field due to the counter mentality of this tactic

the striker is a fast and speed advanced forward (off the ball is a must speed a huge advantage) the left cm is a kind of trequartista with some defensive duties (must be speedy) the right cm is a playmaker with some difensive duties (can be not too speedy)
