Another tactic made by StephenHK from the PlayGM forums!
This was actually made just before the new patch (20.2.0 / me v2026) but still seems to be working!
Make sure that you the manager, are responsible for opposition instructions and touchline instructions (Staff > Responsibilities > Tactics / Match Day). Otherwise your staff will ruin the tactic during the matches.
Results (previous version/patch, tactic has been updated though).
As seen in the screenshots, Norwich finished 5th (seems to be quite typical of when I let the AssMan be in charge of Norwich!)
Anyway, this was a test to see how it would do.
I set the tactic, played friendlies to get it familiar and then holidayed the rest.
No staff changes, but my Head of Youth Development did make some (in particular two amazing transfers, Berge at the start of the season, Olmo in Jan! as assume it was because he was in charge of signing players for the u23s).
Set Pieces
Throw-ins and Corners have been set up.
DR takes left side set pieces.
DL takes right side set pieces.
Shouts
Demand More Every 15 Minutes when actually playing the match (I couldn't do this due to holidaying).
OIs
Not used in this tactic.
Training
I let my Assistant Manager do the general training
For individual training I do the player's role and often specify an attribute they need to improve upon for that role.

Please also post your results! I'll then add them to the images.
Not going to add this one to Steam as I screwed up leaving the Head of Youth Development signing players, and the tactic will probably be updated soon.
