Upgraded version from my previous tactic with better defense and better possession.

You can just play with tactic no.1 but you can also switch between the 3 tactics
If you are just going to holiday full seasons i recommened tactic no.1

1. shortpass counter
   -The default tactic, fast counter attacks with short passes (midfield needs good Vision and Passing attributes)
   
   
2. direct counter
   -Counter attacks with long direct passes, I don't use it often, only when losing.
   
   
3. direct defensive
   -Usually used when game is about to end and you are winning.

The tactic uses wide playmakers on both wings.
You can place the wide playmakers on the AMR/AML positions too but the DLP-D is a must have on your team (with good Vision and Passing attributes).

You can use Wingers on the wide midfield positions and if they have good Dribbling I recommend turning on the 'Dribble More' PI
