In my third season in Premier League with Swansea I finally got a stable tactic for the whole season. I finished 2nd i Premier League (predicted 8th)only losing 4 games and won Europa League winning 3-2 against Man Utd in extra time.
My tactic is inspired of Jürgen Klopps way of playing. With high pressure and offensive play. My team also is strong at set pieces. I don't set any special to take set pieces, I only set up penalty-takers.
I always look for players that have good pace, concentration, decision and passing. I'm using wingers with opposite foot and wingbacks overlap at the outside.
I think Sander Berge, fullbacks and the trio in front have been the most important players for me. Not really happy with my right inverted winger (Wilson and Chong). But Guiri and Esposito has been very good at the left side.
I leave general training and shouts to the assistant.
