Still no better tactic I've found than this one, again as before, total credit goes to whoever actually created this in FM19. I've made a few tweaks for the latest ME, but still working.
You seem to get a bit less from the wingers in the latest patch, but is still giving me great results. I've started a new save with Leeds and tried to sign different players, still working a treat.
