Yea a prefered move like that inside the penalty area....So what are your specific instructions for him not to commit his crimes?Do you change his instructions after the yellow card?
Nah, he just seems responsible, lol. And also Kyriakos Papadopoulos, that guy picks up cards like it's his birthday!

Fantastic..You trust that guy...That even with 20 Aggression and a yellow card, you still are not be being shaky...Not a muscle moves...Beacause you know he is responsible...Looking at Football Manager we don't see the attribute responsibility...So what whould you gather be the term or terms for responsibility...I want a 20 aggressive player with a yellow card whom I can trust not to get a red card...Do you also trust that other Greek guy?

my team talk is the classic "COME ON LADS LETS ******* HAVE THEM!!!"

Nah, Papado gets sent off a lot, even IRL. I just trust Terry as Captain and with leadership also comes responsibility, no? Check Terry's mental stats, totally insane!

So this guy needs three high mental attributes to be the one who turn events in favor of my team...but what if he has Work Rate 1?I think we have a problem...

If he's got 1 for work rate I wouldn't bother signing him! The work rate stat is how long the player will run around for. But determination plays a part in that too, so low work rate & high determination would still be a fairly hard working player as his determination makes him want to win. Again though, no stat works on it's own, every player action is a combination of things. High all round mental stats generally makes for a good player.

Alright, you mean business..You are not to be trifled with...So you are saying that even with Aggression 20 you instruct all your team to "Get stuck in" ...What you reckon would be the outcome of such instruction..Aren'y you concerned to get red cards?Since they are already aggressive enough as it is?They have the mental will to get involved...So if someone has the natural urge to do it what would happen if you telll him "man that's not enough to be aggresive player,no ....you just go and STUCK IN......................well.... Do I here am Ambulance with siren approaching? Or do I see the red card being flashed...

Dirtiness & sportsmanship are what determine how likely he is to do a bad tackle or a Tom Daley impression. High sportsmanship & low dirtiness means he's less likely to cheat to win, I've not looked at his stats but Terry sounds like he scores well for these stats & it's just his willingness to get stuck in that gets him cards. Sportsmanship is a hidden stat so we can't see it without the editor, I can't remember if dirtiness is hidden or not, don't have the game on.

You got it man...Leadership...I just checked what is his personality like...A BORN LEADER...The player has top influence and determination...he would teach other players not to get the red card...since he is a leader...What's the Greek guy personality?

So work rate is how mentally driven a player is to work hard...And this guy comes at half time with 20 at determination, aggression and bravery...And also he has mental diligent 20 work rate..He is not a lazy ***...But then you see that he has 1 Stamina...I say we have another problem...

I don't go over 16 for aggression unless it's to sign someone worth it like Papadopoulos.
Anywhere between 13-16 is usually alright for me, I don't like CBs diving into stupid tackles, I've seen far too many players do it and end up leaving a huge space behind.
Bravery is one thing I do like having high though, it's not the best on injury prone players mind.

Of course Dirtiness is hidden..That's the whole scheme (A secret or devious plan) of the developers...But you can check his personality and conclude whom you are dealing with...If I have the little sneaking suspicion that a guy is dirty...I'm going to release him from his contract..That's the most despicable attribute of a player...And it is HIDDEN from us...That's the whole scheme of Football Manager...Why they are hiding it from us?

What is the tradeoff of signing him..why would you endager your defence? So you are telling them to stay on their feet with which instruction? How would you suspect a player to be Injury Prone since this attribute is hidden from us?

I normally set my most aggressive players to mark the opponents best players, so if they get a red card, he's taking one of their players with him on a stretcher.

So do you usually win the game with 10 men since all the opposing team players are scared ? Or how exactly in Football Manager you get to scare other players, which is a fantastic strategy in Real life...Could you make them scared In Footbal Manager or is it just about how brave they are in the first place and if they have low ratings in bravery they would play poorly...?

Man you are on something...In real life scaring the **** out of players is the best method there is...If someone is scared,he is a gonner...If from the first minute you tackle them hard you have silence for 90 minutes...That guy is in shock...trauma..So I wouldn't take lightly your approach...You can use your tactic better by reading the Referee personality and use it to your advantage...If any manager has aggressive players at his disposal,he should carefully employ their unique attribute to his advantage...Football Manager acknowledge that by hiding the dirtiness attribute of each player the same way players in real life hide their dirtiness...Many players are not sportive at all but just poor loosers...

I'm not sure how to respond to this.

Why do you think there is a bravery attribute? What is the point ot it...?The point is you could make it DROP...Why most teams loose away?it's the bravery factor...If you get away with a hard tackle and this guy is wounded a little bit...He already lost the game...He would stay away from that guy...Fear is one of the most dominant feeling in human life...It paralyzes them...You keep report here and tell me how is it going with terrorizing other teams...It is a most curious feature...

Never seems to do anything in terms of scaring the opponent. It just helps me get rid of some of their better players lol

But you don't know their state of mind...You don't know what is the MENTAL attribute that contorl a player at that minute...If you look at each player, you see a different personality controlled by one, or two mental attributes...That's his state of mind most of the time...His behavior is contolled by his state of mind...But state of mind is not constant...The behavior outside of the pitch and during a match could be easily changed...If some tough guy come at you and start messing with you he is going to change your state of mind...Exactly the same way when one of your aggressive players is messing with one of their players he is going to change their state of mind...All you can see is that scared guy is getting a poor rating and you see a line like "he is nervous"?but why?you know why?And what is with that PEP-TALK?If you are loosing at half-time and using the aggresive tone at them what would happen?Their state of mind would change because of you...You turned them from mice into a lions with your energy?See..it's all about the state of mind..That's why Football Manager is fascinating..
