You got it man...Leadership...I just checked what is his personality like...A BORN LEADER...The player has top influence and determination...he would teach other players not to get the red card...since he is a leader...What's the Greek guy personality?
If I remember Correctly his personality was driven. I've had John Terry to tutor Batlanta but didn't work out well. But still something. At Chelsea I have two amazing players as Captain n VC, it gets really hard to replace them over the time. David Luiz's leadership is lower than it's in real life. Frank Lampard has 18 Determination and 18 Leadership, excellent for a VC if you ask me.

Couldn't find Bat man personality on my save...A driven personality is considered to be a positive one...He has a mix of good determination and a fair level of ambition which is a double-edged sword that explain your previous
comment ,him being send off on a regular basis...Luiz personality is Determined which is a lesser level of driven...15 leadership is after all very good...Lampard is a model professional ideal fot tutoring...Being a mixture of having good professionalism and a fair level of temperament..I never sign anyone with bad pesonality no matter how good he is...One rotten apple is just what it takes to ruin the whole bunch...

Yeah, I just left a regen who had extremely good stats at the age of 15 but had only 5 determination, 2 aggression, bravery, 8 composure. Horrible mentally but got 16 dribbling, 10 finishing, 15 first touch, 15 passing at the age of 15. Was torn but his price tag made me leave him :P Even though I had money, I do not prefer to spend more than certain amount on players.

Remember A squad team with Superb Harmony would devour teams for snacks...Always check Squad Harmony at boardroom confidence screen...It's the key to success...

I know, I always have 100% squad harmony after 1st season, not many players get unhappy under my management. :P

I would say you are a fearsome manager...Do you play online or ever played online? So how do you make them happy?I mean you can't make everyone happy after all...

I have just read in the official guide To Football manager 2014 and I quote " If a player has poor Bravery, determination and strength,he can be targeted by Hard Tackling..."

Aggression in game dictates how hard someone will battle for the ball when shoulder to shoulder. Nothing more, nothing less.

High aggression can be very useful for lone strikers as they battle fiercely for the ball which can pay off big.

Also please note that aggressive players will tend to hurt others (not out of anger, but from getting stuck in), which is ESPECIALLY noticeable when they start injuring your own players long term during practice (look at your next practice injury resulting from a collision, 98% of the time, it will be caused by a player with aggression >15) For this reason, I will avoid signing aggressive players if their is an alternative. The friendly fire is not worth it.

Please do not try to psycho analyze the match engine, the individual player attributes are very simple.

Thanks for clarifying all that

I have just read a very imortant piece of information regarding Hard Tackling and I quote "Hard Tackling refers to HOW LIKELY a player is to make a challenge rather than the ACTUAL STRENGTH of the tackling "....Which means that if you instruct A player with high aggression to tackle hard...He is going to VERY LIKELY to tackle...And if he has POOR TACKLING he would ruin your game completley...

So do you usually win the game with 10 men since all the opposing team players are scared ? Or how exactly in Football Manager you get to scare other players, which is a fantastic strategy in Real life...Could you make them scared In Footbal Manager or is it just about how brave they are in the first place and if they have low ratings in bravery they would play poorly...?
I quote from the official guide to Football Manager : Opposition instruction :Hard tackling "Use against players with low Bravery,Determination and strength to make them LESS LIKELY TO TAKE PEOPLE ON..." "Using Hard Tacking can sometime force an opponent to be brought off injured if used on players who are tired, have already picked up a knock or who you know is injury prone..." "You may want to increase the number of opponents targeted by Hard Tackling when the match referee is lenient..."
