Match of the year: WC final
Player of the year- Messi
Goal of the year- that swedish one lol, its further up in the thread.

He practically carried Madrid at times last year and was the main reason they pushed Barca so close and he has almost scored a goal a game :)
 
Transfer of the year - Van Der Vart. A truly fantastic player

Player of the year - Lionel messi

Most improved - Gareth Bale.

Goal of the year - Although it was a fluke, it has to be Matt Burrows !
 
It is really sad that Nani's contribution has been overlooked just because everyone hates him. He is one of th most productive player in the league this calendar year but still is not mentioned here. Not that it matters anyways.
