I'm thinking this too..

Frei looks lively, Xaqiri we already know is quality and Xhaka is very good too. They also have a midfielder who seems to be intercepting everything and a centre half who isn't scared to get stuck in. Very good performance so far.. I guess a goal after 52 seconds won't hurt them too much either.
 
Indeed, the game has benefited from that though I think, as it means Iceland won't just sit back and hope for a draw. They have had a few good chances in the last few mins, it has been a pretty good game (compare to the first round of matches).

Emeghara has really impressed me in the tournament, I'd never heard of him before. He's just scored the second (5th in 5 games for the u21's)

Disappointed with his dive though (hopefully he grows out of it) Wouldnt surprise me if the swiss win it they have quality all over the field. But they have looked tired at the end of both games so far.
The next game is a big one, can Belarus pull of another surprise? I think so.

Just seen the highlights, he had 1-2 good shots from outside the "penalty area" (sorry, can't think of the right word now xd)

Spain just beat the Czeck Republic 2 nil courtesy of a double form Adrian.
 
I'm surprised nobody accused Mata of being 28 and faking his birth certificate yet, he's way too good for this level.
 
The team sheet for England aint that good again. Rose and Mancienne still on the team sheet. Rodwell in over cleverley. Looks like a 4-2-3-1.
Fielding - Walker, Smalling, Jones, Bertrand - Mancienne, Rodwell - Henderson, Welbeck, Rose - Sturridge.
 
Mancienne and Rodwell... could work, actually. At least Mancienne isn't the sole holder and denying Rodwell his spot. Good that Henderson has moved more advanced too, he looked out of place in a 4-2-3-1 last match. Still not convinced about Welbeck behind Sturridge though, i think they work better the other way round.
 
I wonder what our excuse will be when we are technically inferior to Ukraine as well. ;)
 
Sigh, Cleverly was the only one capable of making a decent pass in the last game.
