It should be a set number of games ban at international level so even if they get elimated next game he is banned for 5-10 games after also
Why just internationally? Making him miss some friendlies and pointless qualifiers is really gonna punish him.
Or just make him wear a muzzle.

That is actually beneficial for Liverpool, at least he gets a proper rest this summer and would not be flying off for meaningless friendlies for quite some time.It should be a set number of games ban at international level so even if they get elimated next game he is banned for 5-10 games after also
It is an international incident, i think they only punish drugs with a worldwide ban
There's no precedent for having to deal with someone biting on the pitch. He's done it on the biggest possible stage, FIFA should send out a strong message and punish him properly. Mike Tyson had his license to box removed and fined $3m when he bit Holyfield.
I just cant see FIFA doing it
On the England game (which i stupidly watched instead) what i said after the pre world cup friendlies came to light once again. Sturridge is not a good enough finisher at international level.
This is the striker that was second top goalscorer and was pretty lethal nearly all season for Liverpool?
But aside from the normal England woeful and Suarez chomping on someone i think there is a case to say that Godin could be the best CB around right now. Scored the goal which won Atletico the title, goal in CL final and now this one and isn't too shabby at the defending part too.
But he's a cheating **** as well, elbowed Sturridge in the throat and should have had a second yellow.
Maybe if England had more cheating ***** we might win lol, everyone else seems to have them!
My exact quote was "he gets lots of chances every game when he plays for Liverpool but he won't get that at International level" Funnily enough he got loads today and didn't even test the keeper!
We don't exactly have another alternative and Rooney missed even more clear cut chances ... He is out best striker currently

I have always believed Rooney is a striker and stick by that. Every season he has hit 25+ goals its when he has played upfront.
