Is there a guide where i can check where roles are suitable for a better style of play? For example as far as i know a false 9 should work better with an slow and posession game and a target man with a more direct play and long balls.

I'm not sure, but read the descriptions of the roles. A false 9 drops deep, which can be good, but dribbles with the ball and plays through balls. Not very possession orientated, if you ask me.

Really? Im gonna leave the game a while, have read some many guides that i have a good mix in my head haha

Well it depends on the type of possession game, I suppose. A DLF/S would be a better option (IMO!) as he won't dribble or play through balls all the time. It's a more balanced role. A false 9 also has the tendency to shoot from range, which is another possession-waster.
