I've tried using this 3-4-2-1 Seven-Eleven tactic in FM15 and 16.
So far i've found it ineffective in fm 16 :/
in FM 15 it was godlike, i got from vanarama to premier league with it, and continued to be top of premier league.
But something just doesnt seem right in fm 16
the last update of this tactic has been in 2015.
