@Footballismylife : Yeah i know Tyrone arent a bad side, they are in the top flight and should finish top half of the table. Im not basing teams over the last 6 months but more so over the last 3-4 years.

I need more created players so people feel free to fill in the template and ill add you.

Im afraid that its not possible,you could set a rule that no foreigners are allowed to play in the competitions but the ai will still sign foreign players and they could play in europe. I tried this but for some reason the game kept crashing.
The database i created is simplistic because i just want it to run well. I will make an updated one for 11.3 which will be more detailed and has a few new elements.

Afraid not, but i may consider it as a BaP game in future
Is a good game, i only used it once myself but have it playing in the backround of my current save and looks interesting. Bored of fm at the minute but will play this in a few days. Game runs smoothly, no bugs
