4-2-2-2 "Il Devasto"

Lol i really dont understand how i cant get this tactic or any tactic to work for me on 11.3 :S its like my game just broke or something.

Ive used all versions of devasto made for 11.3 and i always start off winning loads of games with load of ccc's created and goals scored. Then i just get completely dominated by every team after about 13 games or so using the tactic. No ccc's, no possesion, loosing against small teams and getting battered by big teams etc....

am i doing something wrong?

i,ve been using oi's this season by letting my assistant do them but every 15/20 mins of the games i go to oi's and press *** to do them again i no its a pain but worth it i think

cragswfc: On your Sheffield save, do you run 11.3?

i think team talks are important, but if you are a big club teams shut up shop and use count attact, but with this tactic its al ways attack attack attack. so big teams find it hard to find way through. that's why im using ois this season with my Wednesday

okay. The thing is ive never actually done team talks myself in fm, since they were first introduced i always left it to my assistant. I have read wolfsongs team talk guide but i didnt have a clue and i thought phelan has decent enough stats to do the job anyway. As for the oi thing, that might be a good idea actually, i read you re-do oi literally every 15-20 mins, correct?

not 2 sure. some1 post a version where he users a playemaker he starts to his conversation from page123 to 124 but when you down load it it has a playmaker. later post i asked why he said if you got likes of toni kroos it would be good to use him but if you got hard working ball winners do use play maker. i ant used the tactic yet as im having success with mine

general teamtalk: expect a win (home, clear favourites) - can win (away)
individual: morale below good -> no pressure - morale above good -> have faith
half-time: 6.9-7.5 -> pleased + have faith on goalscorer

be easy on your players but make sure to praise them when they are playing well during half-time and when match is done

a must is do team talks when doing a sub

Ah okay fair enough. I'm using your 10 notches tactic, will have a play around with Playmakers and Target men for it, see how it goes.
 
Not any tactics suit well with them :P thats bull... Its always a better tactic or formation...you can put like a sweeper tactic and say they will play really good.

Thanks, ill give all this a try tomorrow.

So would you say you have noticed a significant difference/advantage over using your own team talks as opposed to leaving them to your *** man? I feel this is something people should know about, if that is the case.

2 seasons with Sporting CP...

Won: 2 leagues, 1 league cup, 2 portuguese cups, 1 CHAMPIONS LEAGUE.... NO CHEATS! My ST Vagner Love that was out of the Brazil squad is now in the 1st 11 always, he is now one of the best players in the world, won best st in champs league, portuguese league etc... My team wasn't even thaaaat good.

I signed for Leverkusen now, have 2 GODLIKE strikers, NEYMAR and Stefan Kiebling (kiebling, the B being some weird letter, if you wanna search him just search "Stefan Kie") , my wingers are Kalou and Giovani dos Santos, my CM's are Meireles and Simon Rolfes(Leverkusen Legend)... I murdered the portuguese competitions , let's see how i do in here.

Best tatic on the ******* entire site.

yes i do follow wolf's suggested *** feed back it is really important when he reported a certain player is over confident so i use ( expect performance) i currently on a 25 unbeaten run :D

i using notches 10(crag version11.2) currently amazing using man u 2019 season
my team full of regen and win every game at the moment.

play 5 games win 5
