4-2-3-1 Possession, CLEAN SHEETS, Goals!

Yeah I'm undergoing pretty much a whole new tactic, but it'll be a fair amount more defensive but still possess a quick counter-attack.

Incorporating a few theories into it and such.

I'll release it when it is ready!
 
Mozda ova taktika i je defanzivna, ali nikako nije uspjesna kao Mourinhova. Kod Mourinha cak i napadaci pomazu obrani, a kod ove taktike niti napadac niti ova tri ofenzivna vezna ne pomazu obrani pa moja jadna dva defantivna vezna ostaju sama na velikom prostoru protiv cetiri ili pet protivnickih veznjaka, pa zato primam puno golova. Nisam dobivao golove iz kornara i slobodnjaka pa to nisam niti mjenjao. Ali sam se vratio starom sustavu i fm10 i sad sam prvi nakon 20-ak kola i bjezim interu 4 boda. Uglavnom pobjedjujem sa 2-0 ili 3-1

Can't wait for a new release. I hope it will work. Perhaps you could make striker and am's to be more defensive, when needed, of course. Remember last years ECC semi-final at Camp Nou. Eto'o played as fullback. That's Mourinho. Cheers mate
 
I just tried the tactic with Aston villa. We were playing West Ham at home, and in the 13th minute my keeper gets injured, I don't have a keeper sub and end up losing 2-1. and then I get sacked. :(
 
Hey, is this Mourinho's tactic with Inter?! ;)

Good one, I personally enjoy this. I'll try it with Liverpool and see if I can get a hold of a really good DMC. ARGGGGH Mascherano why did you leave for Barca... (although, +1 for my Barca season haha).
 
Using this tactic with with Hajduk Split.
After I brought a few new players (Yakubu and Franco being the best) I managed to win the Supercup, qualify for Euro Cup and 6-1-0 in the league so far.
I've scored the most goal and conceded the least in the league.

To samo zavisi od toga kako ih postavis i kojeg su ti kvaliteta zadnji vezni fudbaleri.Cilj i jeste u tome da njih dvojica zaustavljaju sve napade protivnickog tima vec na sredini terena,a ako oni to ne urade,onda je tu ostatak odbrane.Naravno da prednja cetvorka ne pomaze odbrani,zato se sa ovom taktikom i daje dosta golova.Kod mene su na FM 10 u Zvezdi prednju cetvorku igrali Sreckovic,Lazovic,Kadu i Perovic.Ova zadnja dvojica su davali po 25,30 golova u sezoni,a prva dvojica imali bar po 20 asistencija.Zadnje vezne su mi igrali Bogdanovic i Ignjovski,obojica sa visokim ocenama za tackling i positioning,atributima najvaznijim za zadnje vezne.Ko tebi igra na tim pozicijama kad primas tako puno golova?

My DM's are De Rossi and Brighi/Perrotta. They also have good grades for that position. I thought main force of this tactic is "CLEAN SHEATS", Mourinho style. Basis should be rock solid defence, and if you manage to score from counter attacks, this tactic would be superb. I have conceded 9 goals in 9 matches, so I assumed Roma squad is just to weak. And yes, my CB's are Mexes and Juan.

If you still want to use this tactic its fine, but I have another one thats still being developed and seems to be 10x better then this one. Doesn't score a bucketload but scores 2 or 3, and defends like a beast.

I may upload it some time tomorrow, but it is amazing. Narrow and Wide, Home and Away all seperate.

testing this with Shaktar Donetsk and it'sdoing very well after 8 games i have won 6 drawn 2 lost 0 for 20 ag 2
 
Been trying this tactic now for two seasons in my Derby save, ended sixth first season (lost in the finals), and finished third the second season. ( Lost in the first round)

Been tweaking it now and then, specially the defense wich is really poor for being a counter attack tactic.

I have done 196 goals in two seasons, and conceded 151, that's not good at all for having one of the better defending line ups in Championship. Roughly this means that I'm conciding almost 2 goals each game. (1.7)
I actually find this tactic working better away then home. The team is playing really good offensivly, most of the goals are awesome. But defending with 9 players should not allow the opposite team to score that many goals.

Been tweaking it with Nike-defense, all different types of marking, switching fullbacks to defending or support. Do you have any suggestions yet to make it more "safe"?

Edit: Usually I end up undefeated 10-15 game until BAM! I'm starting to loose, 2-3 games, drawing 2-3, then winning a few again. Anything to prevent this? Sometimes of course injurys plays a big role, could make some screenes of my save if you want.

this tactic seems to create loads off chances but i do draw games against lesser teams i should be beating you got any advice please
 
Testing new tactic with Chelsea at the minute, always good to test with a good team to see how it works, ill test with a more sub-par team later.

If anyone wants to help me test then please let me know and I may PM you the tactic.
 
Played my first season using this tactic as Hajduk Split of Croatia.

Had a decent preseason.
Managed to qualify for EURO Cup over Club Brugge.
Won the national Super Cup against Dinamo ZG (favorites for the title).
Had a run of 16 unbeaten games in the league, won the league with 9 points ahead of Dinamo.
Won the national cup.

Goals: My team scores 2 goals on average and concedes 0.92 per game.
Players: At the start of the season I brought in Guillermo Franco (SC), Jose Goncavles(DC/L), Abubakari Yakubu (DL) and Nashat Akram (AMC).
League top scorer was my AMR (Marin Tomasov).

I think the key to this tactic is having a good quartet up front AML, AMC, AMR and SC if possible. Hajduk has that in Anas Sharbini, Senijad Ibričić and before mentioned Marin Tomasov. Mix that up with some decent defenders and you've got yourself a winning tactic.

Oh yeah... My inside forwards are using the opposite foot which makes them very lethal.
 
Doing quite well with Newcastle with this tactic atm. Will post my results after i reach half a season :D
