Worked pretty well generally but what to do when losing? Will it break the tactic if mentality changed to Attacking or Overload? And/or any other suggestions?

This tactic is amazing.
I'm using it with Hoogstraten (second divisions Belgium team). Pre-season goal "avoid relegation".
Top of the table with 16 games playes and quarter finalist in the Cup after beating 2 first division teams 1-5 and 4-2.
simply amazing... Thanks !

I ended top of the table and even won the Cup Final against Anderlecht with no transfers done at all during the season (all amateur contracts) !
Got a message after closing first season that I'm ranked 1. of all people playing Belgian second division with over 1,400,000 points. 2nd has only 1,000,000. Not quite sure what that means but sounds good.

Added overlap to tactics and it worked a lot better for me. Also have the striker as a false 9 if it suits him.

got fired, halfway through the season with this tactic, i never changed any i used it with southampton i only own 2 games, and the team never scored a lot of goals, help?

Just wanted to say thank you so much for this tactic. Used it from the first game of the season with Southampton, it's then end of January now and I'm sitting comfortably in 2nd. Also, I'm sure there must be a player instruction on Luke Shaw that says "take lots and lots of steroids" because he plays like an Egyptian God of some kind. Cheers!

Working so far with my Leeds save 2 wins 1 draw and Q/F of Carling cup
