First of all, I'm sorry for my english
All my players are functional to my tactic. I can't say that this tactic will be good for every team, but with right buy it could devaste everyone and everything getting the chance to reverse predictions.
The Foundamentals:
- Inspire with team talk before the game start (especially your striker if you want that score gol or play good)
- Midfielder must learn dictates tempo, play one-two, Tries Killer balls often
SUGGESTIONS
-Every player must have good acceleration and peace especially full bakcs, inside forward, Advance playmaker and 1 defender (the right one)
-Box to box M and ball-winning mid must be complete in defending, supporting and attacking (I use Garmash, Romero, Taider, Ekdal, Dunkan atm).
-Advanced forward i use kovacic, bertolacci, ayew...so more trequarista. 8 marking and 9-10 takling are enough, but good anticipation
-Full backs must support and defend i use Alex Sandro, B Angulo, Allan Nyom, De sciglio, Marcos Rocha...acceleration peace and resistance is a must.
SUGGESTIONS players preferred moves
- The striker is able to moove into channels and try to beat the offside trap (not neccessary)
- Full backs: go forward whenever is possibile (play 1-2, dives in to takles if you want)
- Defenders: tight marking, dives in to takles and play short pass (only if bad tech and passing)
-Ball-Winning Midfielder: Dives in to tackles, Mark oppponent tightly, Likes to switch ball to other flank and if possibile tries killer balls often
- Midfielders: look up and also place shot or shot with power
- Inside Forward: well, depends...but fucus on attack and movements prefered moove
TRAINING
all bar on left match preparation
- Attacking movements, but follow advices from scout
- defending movements if oppent are stronger and you play not at home (offensive training if you play at home whatever team)
THE PROS and CONS
Spectacular and offensive play-style.
Many goals, faster counter-attacks and many shots
Great overlapping full backs (but risk of counter-attacks)
Opponent tire out, for your faster game-passing
Ball possesion isn't to hight..this is not tiki-taka this is a goal scoring machine!
Good and solid defense, goals come only from cross and shot from distance (especially in counter-attacks, but tactic is offensive )

I hope you find this tactic awesome, I'm pretty sure that could be improved (especially corners tactic, and maybe inside forward and striker) and I've posted it also for suggestions.
I don't know how it work with new patch 14.1.4
As you can see from pics, I play with Inter and my players aren't the best of the game because are young, but I can win against every top club in ther world

Send me a pm for correction and I'll edit.
ADD:
Striker must be good in the air
Left inside forward could be nice if a bit good in the air ...
