Great tactic! After a couple 3rd place seasons with Bayer 04, I was stuck in 8th place halfway through season 3. I plugged this in, and won the league on goal differential.

I started a new save with FC Nantes :

Started using this tactic in my York save and it's going very well. Just knocked Forest out of the FA Cup with two goals scored when down to 10 men!

Moved the wingers to the AML/AMR positions to make a 4231.

Won league with Spurs 1st season with 97 points. Best tactic I have used so far!

very good start with this!
as i love to have extra tactical option for away games, i do tweak it a little for away matches against FCB, BVB, RBL, S04, just droping BWM to DM and SS to CM as MEZ Attack.

nice. i made a mistake, i was actually at home, but i still used it as they really are the team to beat on my save, and i hammered them

Going to give this a go with York in the Conference North, it will be interesting to see how it works with lower league players.

couple of SS from 2nd season in werder. mostly used 4411, away tweak only away to top 6 teams in the league. Fantastic tactic

Fantastic tactic. My striker finished with 37 goals in a season! Mostly young players as well not at their full potential.

In the champions league I managed to get to the first knockout stage and only lost to Real Madrid in the second leg because I was 2 PLAYERS DOWN. 9 men against 11.

Going to give this another go this season and see where we end up! Keep the good work up!

This tactic is great base for tweaks, i also testing 4231 home and 4123 away both tweaks of original 4411
