First of all, congratulations for the tactic I think with the right player, and micro manage during match ( talking to team), u can win 80/90 % of match, this tactic have a good shape, i called it 8 core, because on attack u see 8 player spin the ball, looking for the space or moviment. when the f9 enter the area the two AP look for this moviment and try assist for the f9.
it's my idea this tactic is near the perfection u have to get the right player, manage ur training during season and u get same result i get or more best!!! is my other opinio abaout the corner routine, i only socred 2 goals, if any one have a good routine please shared, or try to put on this tactics :D

Thakyou for that FM has changed over the last 4-5 years where there is no Unbeatable tactic (I'm talking about you DIABLO) micro management and having the right players and not the best players is the way forward. Look at Leicester last year!!!

It's in the OP but in short. Tactic on full with team cohesion set to very high for start until tactic is fluid. Once done train Def set pieces set 2 clicks from the left and attacking again set to very high for mid season
 
You can tell that the end of season FM drought has begun. Seems I was too late to the party this year. I'll be more active next year.
 
Not getting on with this tactic very well, i didn't start the season with it but its completely fluid now.
I'm finishing nearly every game with up to 70% possesion which is amazing, but i just cant seem to get goals. i sometimes end up with about 20 plus shots per game. The corner routine doesn't work at all for me, as soon as the striker receives the ball outside the area, his shot will always get blocked.
I'm playing as AZ in Holland. Strikers are Tim Matavs, Arkadius Millik, Richarlison and Marcus Berg, very good players for the eredivisie.

A have found this on some occasions tbh I'm trying a tweak now which is working better cutting out the long shots and creating on average 3+ ccc per game. Will upload once happy with it and had 10 games with finished version. I haven't looked at corners yet but I will have something new for them too just to make it a complete tactic
 
Nice one mate, the wingbacks perform out of this world! To be fair i may not have quite the right players for the roles in the tactic.

I put what I prefer in the opening post for players. Seems to really work for me and would advise to follow suit I beleve it works best
