This tactic came to my atention because of @676676677 requested it on the forum "Tactics around the World".
To be honest, when tactics are labeled like this one my first reaction is to laugh, but after watching the video of the tactic performance i decided to have a go.
Well, this tactic really rocks, i made only a few change from the original version (i dont llike the defensive to be posicioned as "much higher on the field", and during the season my striker was strugling with is performances as advanced forward so i changed it to pressing forward and is exibitions improvred alot).
The tactic original author is a player named MrBishnakov that released it on steam.

ofcourse i play on this save 5 season starting from bundes 2 so its hard for other people to tell how strong i could be on other tactics, but from my own experiance in previous seasons i had big problems with bigger teams. Now using this tacitc not anymore my only 2 loses in season vs bayern and mainz

and i also lost 5 more goals than i should

i watch harder games when im not sure about result, rest i skip
i also recruit very good physical players

@nosky , Very good results even if you are on season 5.
With this TCT even on big games you dominate the game most of the times.
The games o lost i overwhelmed the other team, but sometimes that's not enough.

Tried this on a new Man U save - working incredibly well so far (about 10 games in, no sim) - lots of 3-0, 4-0, 4-1 wins as well.

So far it is the only 4-2-3-1 tactic here that I have used that guarantees goals and a few clean sheets. Key is for the team to get acquainted with the tactic and for the team to gel so maybe load up on pre-season friendlies.

Haven’t tried the set pieces tactic yet but if it is as good as this tactic then this could be something unbelievable. Will come back with an update after the season ends.

It feels good when the game itself get's FM'ed, so close to get an epic result due to the red card.

if u wonder how i got lamine then basicly barca wasnt using him for some reason at all at first i wanted only loan but he agreeded to transfer to hamburg ;D
