Good day,
I have been playing CM and FM for 13 years now. I always downloaded tactic and played with it, then I decided last year to start creating my own tactics (taking little bits and pieces for GREAT tactics "with the consent of the creator").

This year I decided to go at it along and created Different 451 Tactic with Success
And now this is what I came up with, with 14.2.2 patch:

Now the reason why I said that you will be given the Match Engine some of its own medicine is that THIS IS NOT A POSSESSION TACTICS. Playing for the deep, giving the front four the space to attack and score goals.

Formation:

Get player in the right positions, as stated in the formation.
Tackling and Pace is a must for the Defence
Tackling and Passing is a must for the Midfield
Pace, Dribbling, Crossing and Finishing is a must for the Wingers
Passing and Strength is a must for the Advance Midfielder
Pace, Heading and Finishing is a must for the Striker

Just added the previous 2 versions of the tactic with the 2 DM players. This is also still working!

Added a tactic if you are struggling against bigger teams - with a Defensive Mentality, but you will still score goals - so don't be afraid to use it ​

Brought this into my Vejle Boldklub save. 2nd season, 1st in the Superliga. Similar to my own tactic so shouldn't take long to become fluid. Will let you know how I get on.

this looks really good mate, gonna give it a try. love 4231 but have found it hard to get defensive consistency with them this year. do you find it to be as effective away from home or do you change mentality? will report back soon!

Dont change anything for home or away. I am a plug and play manager.

I was using Jassars updates in my Man U save and had all ready won the league so decided to try your tactic as a back up. Not sure if i'll go back to Jassars.

Played 5 won 5. 13 goals for 1 against.

Norwich (a) 3-0 win
Spurs (h) 4-0 win
Palace (h) 3-1 win
Arsenal F.A. cup final 1-0 win
Madrid champ league final 2-0 win.

Out and out wingers, well Cleverley/Zaha on the right Ince/Januzaj on the left. Used Rooney in the Amc spot and Mitrovic up front. Mitrovic is a must by for me.
