I think this tactic should deserve more credit on the forum. I am using it with good results, even though mostly as my 3rd tactic and with some slight tweaks (Higher defensive line, Attacking/Overload mentality and Offside Trap ON).
Most of the times I switch to it when I want to go all out attack and desperately need 1-2 goals. Bayern Munich really seems to hate playing against it (I beat them twice using it managing Schalke 04).
Thank you Syzis, I really like 4-2-4 formations but unfortunately there are not so many around. I will stay tuned in case you'll upload a v2 or any improved versions.
